The artist, Cristina Julià, a Catalan contemporary jewelry designer, found inspiration in none other than Mark Rothko for this collection. The color palette is as intense and expressive as the Russian-American artist’s abstract expressionist masterpieces. Julià wanted to create a collection that mimicked Rothko’s unique brushstrokes, by adding depth and texture. And we believe she achieved it!
